Coriander Rice



Ingredients

1 cup Rice Soaked and Steamed
1/4 cup Green Peas
1/2 cup Carrot
1/2 cup Beans
1/2 cup Coconut scrapped
1 cup Fresh Coriander chopped
1 tsp Mustard
4 Green Chilli chopped
Ginger small piece chopped
Salt,to taste
1 tbsp Oil
2 Lemon

Directions
Cut the vegetables lengthwise and steam.
Grind the coconut,coriander,ginger and green chilli into a paste sprinkling few drops of water.
Heat Oil in a Kadai.Add Mustard,after it splutters then add Grinded paste.
Fry for 5 minutes,then add the steamed vegetables and salt.
Cook for another 5 minutes and the gravy all mixed together.
Switch off the gas and add lemon juice as per ur taste.
Mix well with Rice.
Serve hot with onion raita adding zather powder in the raita
