Fenugreek flavored flat bread


500 gm whole-wheat flour
200 gm millet flour
250 gm fenugreek leaves
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons coriander leaves, chopped
50 gm yoghurt
2 teaspoons oil
1 teaspoon garlic paste
25 gm ghee.

Sieve the flours. Chop the fenugreek leaves, wash and strain.
To the flours, add salt, turmeric powder, fenugreek leaves, sesame seeds, sugar, coriander leaves and mix well.
Now add yoghurt, oil, garlic paste, green chilli paste and combine.
Knead into semi-hard dough adding the required quantity of water.
Divide the dough into equal balls.
Roll each into a round shape 5 inches in diameter.
Cook on a pre-heated griddle and once cooked through properly, smear ghee on each side and serve hot.
